"The feedback we got from this class was overwhelmingly positive. It brought a few people out who had never attended a library event before (always my personal goal), and a solid group of our regulars who said it was one of the best programs they'd attended. Multiple people asked if we could do it weekly.Heidi has handouts, she created a mindfulness book display using library books, and her soothing voice relaxed all who were present. She was vulnerable and honest in a way that allowed other people to be vulnerable and honest in the post-meditative discussion."

~ Elsa Rowe, Community Programming Manager, Scarborough Public Library

“Heidi is a very positive facilitator, her teaching of mindfulness is impactful and leaves you with life changing lessons. The way she incorporates the group into sessions in a collaborative way is helpful and bonding. I really enjoyed both sessions I have attended and look forward to future sessions.”

"I'm so glad that I attended Heidi's workshop at Thomas Memorial Library. She is a natural teacher who shared her knowledge and experience freely and generously. I learned new skills that I will use, hopefully daily."
